Training on Documentation & Report Writing for Emergent CBOs and In-country Downstream Partners in Bangladesh by BSWS
Bandhu Social Welfare Society (BSWS) has started a four day training session from 08-11 September 2015, on Documentation & Report Writing for emergent CBOs and in-country downstream partners in Bangladesh. This training is conducted under the Multi Country South Asia Global Fund HIV program (MSA-910-GO2-H) which is supported by the Global Fund to fight against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. In Bangladesh, BSWS serves as the sub-recipient of the grant. The training has taken place at project management office, Siddesswari, Ramna Dhaka.
The objective of this training is to provide the trainees with a comprehensive understanding of the Good Documentation Practices and the techniques of quality report writing tailored to the specific needs of the organization
A total number of 38 participants from 21 emergent CBOs and in country downstream partners have attended the training.
It is expected that at the end of the session, participants will learn:
- How to develop and keep documents on his/her organization
- How to establish a proper documentation system
- How one can establish objective evidence for activities performed or results achieved (Records).
- Understand how to tier information appropriately in reports for both lateral and executive readers.
