Job Responsibilities

  • Service Center Manager will be responsible for overall management, networking and communicating with International, national and local level organizations
  • Will work at camp area in regular basis on health care basis to support people in Rohinga camps through Referral linkage.
  • Coordinate with project coordinator to implement plans, monitor the activities,
  • Provide necessary support to other team members as necessary from time to time
  • Coordinate and update the management of the organization on the progress made and challenges faced.
  • Prepare periodic reports, and submits to respective focal point of the project
  • Time to time communicate with project focal

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
  • Master of Social Science (MSS) along with local languages will be preferable.

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Development organization
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 45 years
  • Technical skill required:
  • 3/5 yrs. in Center management role in NGO/development sector specially Health Sector and/or Humanitarian Response; working experience with GDPs will be an asset.
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills both English and Bangla including typing.
  • Good knowledge in the utilization of Microsoft Office programs
  • Acceptance and cordial interaction with a diverse population
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse population and must have efficiency in local language
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Demonstrate project management skills
  • Having analytical skills and able to plan, evaluate and meet deadlines
  • Sound knowledge on Gender Diverse Population and Rohingya refugees
  • Management framework knowledge and strong Managerial capacity.
  • Ability to move frequently at project sites.
