Bandhu Social Welfare Society (Bandhu) has been implemented Rights for Gender Diverse Population (RGDP) activity supported by USAID. The project has successfully completed its 3 Years of activities within the period of 15 June 2018 to 14 June 2021. During this period, Bandhu conducted various activities in line with different thematic areas. One of the most important area was knowledge generation. As a part of this area Bandhu conducted 5 research and assessment to identify the gap for ensuring human rights of gender diverse population and collect the recommendations for designing new work arena for the betterment of gender diverse population. The Research and assessment title are as follows;

  • Assessment of the effectiveness of Information Education and Communication Materials of Bandhu
  • Research on Minimizing Stigma of Gender Diverse People: Effective Social Behavior Change Communication with Stakeholders
  • Political Economy Analysis for Gender Diverse Communities in Bangladesh.
  • Research on Stigma towards Gender Diverse Population in Educational Institutions.
  • Gaps in the Election Process and the Voter Rights of Third Gender Population in Bangladesh.
