Project Management training_FR_2A two-day long Project Management & ME training was organized by Bandhu Social Welfare Society (Bandhu) funded by the Global Fund through icddr,b from 19 to 2o February 2018 at Chilekotha Conference Hall, Lalmatia, Dhaka. Where twenty-two (22) DIC Managers and Sub DIC In-Charges were participates. The training focused on project/program management, M&E, team management, conflict management, accelerated work plan, segregated work plan, data management, reporting system, line of communication, financial management and various administrative issues.

 The specific objectives were to develop a full understanding of the project goals, objectives and expected outcomes of the NFR project; to ensure time management among the staff; to make competent to set the priority among the tasks; to make proficient to manage the conflict between/among the staffs in the office settings; to Increase knowledge about the monthly and monitoring report and generate knowledge on financial and administrative management etc. The two days long training was facilitated with participatory approach and through discussion, presentation, group work, two-way communication, feedback and open discussion.

 Mr. Shale Ahmed, Executive Director, Bandhu attended the conclusion session of this training where he welcomed all new staffs in the organization and he also emphasized on the capacity building of the staffs for achieving organizational strategic goals and objectives as well as goals and objectives of NFR Project. In his speech, Mr. Shale Ahmed, Executive Director of Bandhu highlighted on team work, commitment to organization, transparency, responsibility and performance of the staffs etc. In addition, no one will be allowed to use unethical references by the name of authority instead of organization’s rules and policy decreed by the Executive Director.
